Had a great Christmas at this hotel! The cottage was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location was ideal, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to explore the Cotswold region. The cottage had everything we needed, with basic items and extras like games and DVDs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.
The water pressure was awful and the temperature control was difficult to regulate. The noise of the water pump starting and stopping early in the morning was also bothersome.

The cottage was surprisingly spacious and had a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen and bathroom were excellent, well-equipped and clean.- The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms were generously sized.- The location of the cottage was convenient, with good parking facilities and the ability to walk to the nearby village.- The wifi connection was strong and reliable.
The confusion over rubbish disposal was frustrating, especially with unclear labels and access to the bins outside. The shingle car park was inconvenient, especially when the pathway abruptly ended, making it uncomfortable to drag suitcases.

The house was fabulous ~ warm, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully furnished. I loved the fact that dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags, etc. were supplied. the small extra touches like leaflets on things to do in the area, a selection of DVDs, board games, and lots of towels were also appreciated. the cottage exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and good parking. the wifi was reliable, and the kitchen and bathroom were excellent. the beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms were generously sized. the overall cleanliness of the house was spotless, with freshly ironed bedlinen and white towels. the location was serene, surrounded by green grass, trees, and the soothing sound of a nearby water stream. It was a perfect place to relax in the garden with a glass of wine or to enjoy a barbecue. the village of Blockley was small but elegant, and the convenience of a nearby shop made it even better. I am already planning to return soon, as the journey from London is only two hours. Cons: No issues or complaints about the cottage at all. 👍.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful private estate, surrounded by beautiful grounds. The hosts were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions before we arrived. The cottage itself was clean, cosy, and comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The parking was great, especially considering the limited parking options in the village. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The dishwasher and fridge had some issues, but thankfully, they didn't affect our overall experience.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a luxurious and relaxing sleep. The location was idyllic, with beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere. the furnishings and decor were thoughtfully chosen, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance of the place.
The WiFi connection was also unreliable, frequently dropping out. This meant that we had to hand wash our dishes for four nights, which was inconvenient.

The cottage was very clean, cosy and comfortable with white freshly ironed bedlinen and towels. The grounds were beautiful with green grass, trees, and a soothing water stream. There is a great pub called Horse and Groom a 5-minute drive away in Bourton on the Hill. The village had a small shop where we could get food, just a 5-minute walk from the cottage.
Felt safe, no complaints at all.
